Nova ‘The Outsiders’ and Nova Restaurant are the love and passion of husband and wife team Moyo and Jana. Both of whom have a reputable background working in some of the country’s finest hotels and restaurants.

Moyo has a classically trained background in French cuisine under the renowned Michelin 3 Star chef Pierre Koffman.  He later went to channel all of these well-honed skills into working on a larger scale as part of the brigade for Leith’s Catering.  It was here he gained experience looking after numbers up to 1,000 and also where he fell in love with outside catering for special events and private dinners.

Jana as well as heading up the Front of House at the restaurant since it opened, has served as Events Manager in some of the Regions best 4 and 5* hotels. Her experience, attention to detail and level of organisation is second to none. Whatever your occasion, your event will be in extremely safe hands.

Together, they have expanded Nova Restaurant into a fabulous outside catering service, bringing their reputation to special occasions and corporate events across The Wirral, Liverpool, Chester, Manchester, North Wales, Merseyside and Cheshire.

All of our private dining and special events menus are specifically designed with a WOW factor in mind.  We take pride in providing restaurant quality food on a larger scale, with all the attention to detail and personal service you’d expect in our own venue.  We take the time to handpick local produce from nearby food markets so only the best is served to you and your guests on the day.

Not only do we provide the food, we offer the highest quality crockery, glassware, table linens and full dinner service set up. We also offer stunning serving wear and any other equipment your event might require. To ensure your event runs smoothly we can also recruit our team of highly trained and extremely professional staff who will look after your guests so you don’t have to worry.

From the moment of enquiry, we will guide you through the planning and organisation of the event right through to providing an expert level of service on the day.  We treat all events as if they were our own.
