Canapés are a lovely way to kick off a celebration or add class to an event. Served by waiting staff they allow guests to converse and enjoy a drink.

Canapés make a lovely addition to any event and can be a precursor to a meal or an accompaniment to a drinks party. Canapés can be hot or cold, sweet or savoury, and are bite-sized, designed to be eaten without cutlery, and so convenient for most gatherings. 

Canapés can be laid out in a beautiful display but are generally best served by waiting staff who can make sure all your guests are served and can control the service so that your guests don’t fill up too early. 

Canapés have moved on in recent years and we have great fun in helping our guests devise a custom menu for their event using their ideas and favourites.

Canapés are a very popular addition to Weddings, served with welcome drinks, keeping your guests satiated until the main wedding breakfast. We recommend serving 4-6 canapes per person for these types of events.

Canapés are also ideal for private parties and can be served before the main meal or served throughout the entire evening. For the latter, we recommend serving 8-10 canapes per person with the option to add 2-3 sweet canapés if desired.

Our canapés are always hand-made from scratch using the best local and seasonal ingredients to hand. You can choose from meat, fish/seafood and vegetarian options.
